BILLING TERMS

Refunds & Cancellations:

A $500 USD nonrefundable deposit is required (included in your first payment)

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit.

Any cancellation received in writing after December 15th 2025 but before July 15, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of the total retreat price.

Any cancellation made between July 15, 2026 and the retreat departure will result in a total loss of funds.

Trip cancellation insurance and full travel insurance are highly recommended whenever making travel plans.

It is a condition of sale that you purchase your trip cancellation insurance and full travel insurance within one (1) week of purchasing your retreat ticket.

For your safety, we will provide an emergency contact number for your loved ones to use in exceptional cases.

Travel costs:

By proceeding with payment you understand and agree that you will need to arrange and pay for your own flights/transport to the retreat venue’s local airport at Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Flight costs are not included in your retreat ticket

Release of liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the retreat organizers, facilitators, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or expense incurred by any participant arising out of or in connection with their participation in the retreat.

This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury or property damage sustained during the course of travel to or from the retreat, attendance at the retreat itself, or participation in any activities associated therewith.

Participants acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their own health, safety, and personal property at all times.

Mandatory Insurance Policy:

As a condition of purchasing a ticket to the retreat, participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage, within seven (7) days of purchasing their retreat ticket.

Proof of insurance may be requested by the organizers, and failure to obtain adequate insurance may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.

Participants are solely responsible for understanding the terms, coverage, exclusions, and limitations of their chosen travel insurance policy.

Photography and Videography:

During the retreat, photos and videos will be taken that may include your image. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and you agree that these images and videos may be used on our social media platforms or in other promotional materials by Emma Turton and Claire Doherty, and their associated companies, Medical Intuition School and Back On Track (GB) Ltd.
